All 2026-27 Sydney Kings and Sydney Flames memberships are subject to the following terms and conditions:

Definition: A member is someone who has purchased or received a full season, partial season, digital, finals or regional membership from the Sydney Kings and/or Sydney Flames. From the 2026-27 season this includes those who purchase Full Season or Partial Season, Sideline Seats, Baseline Seats, Kings Inner Circle Seats, Kings Reserve Seats or Corporate Boxes.

1.1 Members may choose to join or renew their Kings and/or Flames Membership either online, over the phone or in person at games.

1.2 After submitting an application or renewal for membership(s) and payment of Membership Fee, the Membership provider will issue you an Order Confirmation via email once the membership has been processed. You must have a valid primary email address attached to your membership account to receive your Order Confirmation.

1.3 Memberships purchased after the first home game will be charged at the prices listed on the 2026-27 Sydney Kings and Sydney Flames Membership site and will not be sold on a pro-rata basis unless advertised.

1.4 Subject to applicable law, once your Membership has been processed you are not entitled to a refund. You may request a refund in writing via email and your request will be assessed by Hoops Capital Management. Any refunds (whole or partial) will be at the sole discretion of Hoops Capital Management.

2.1 A Renewing Member is classified as anyone who held a 2025-26 Kings and/or Flames Membership.

2.2 Early Bird Member Renewal Pricing for Full Season Members will only be available for a selected period of time as determined by Hoops Capital Management. 2025-26 Members who renew after the conclusion of the Early Bird pricing period will be required to purchase their membership at the new members prices.

2.3 Any seats previously allocated to 2025-26 Full Season Members who have not renewed prior to the Same Seat Members Cut Off Date (Wednesday 1st July 2026), will automatically be made available for allocation to upgrading and/or new Members unless communicated otherwise by Hoops Capital Management.

2.4 2025-26 Full Season Members who renew their Membership(s) prior to the Same Seat Cut Off Date but request a change of seating will have their 2025-26 seats held until their Seat Change Request is processed. It is the Member's responsibility to ensure they follow the instructions for submitting a seat change request or contact the club via phone or email at least 2 business days prior to the Same Seat Cut Off.

2.5 Renewing 2025-26 Full Season Members who renew after the Same Seat Members Cut Off Date are not guaranteed to be able to access their 2025-26 allocated Members seating.

2.6 Guarantee of same seat is only available to Full Season Members who renew their Full Season Membership prior to the Same Seat Members Cut Off Date. Hoops Capital Management are unable to guarantee same seat for Partial Season Members who upgrade to a Full Season Membership or Full Season Members who drop down to a Partial Season Membership.

3.1 New Members joining in 2026-27 will be charged New Member prices as outlined on the Membership website.

3.2 A New Member is classified as a person who did not hold a Kings and/or Flames Membership during the 2025-26 season.

4.1 All Prices include GST and any applicable NBL fees or levies.

5. Membership Classifications and Concessions

5.1 Family Memberships are available for two adults and two juniors or one adult and 3 juniors (see 5.2 for definition of a junior).

5.2 To be eligible for a Junior Membership, the applicant must be 16 years of age or younger as of 1 October 2026. Children aged under 4 as of 1 October 2026 are entitled to attend matches without a Membership, however, they must not occupy a seat.

5.3 To be eligible for a Concession Membership, the applicant must hold a current government issued Pensioner Concession Card, Full-Time Student Card or Repatriation Health Care Card for Totally and Permanently Incapacitated.

5.4 Concession Cards must be valid for the entire duration of the 2026-27 NBL and WNBL season.

5.5 Members are required to notify Hoops Capital Management of any change in circumstances, including the issuing or withdrawal of concession status. Should there be a change in concession status, the member will be required to pay the difference between non-concession member pricing and concession member pricing for their particular membership. Should the Member not pay the difference within the time notified by Hoops Capital Management, Hoops Capital Management reserves the right to suspend the membership with all member benefits suspended until the difference is paid. The member is not entitled to seek any compensation, or refund should any of their member benefits be suspended due to no or overdue payment of the difference.

5.6 Please note that Health Care Cards and Seniors Business Discount Cards are not accepted as a form of concession.

5.7 All Concession Cardholders are required to present their concession identification card upon access to the venue if requested, as per the conditions of entry. If a Concession Card cannot be presented the membership card holder will be refused entry to the venue.

5.8 Members who hold a valid Companion Card may apply for a second membership seat at no extra charge to accommodate their companion when a concession membership is purchased for themselves in Kings Reserve, Platinum, Gold, Gold Non-Alcohol and Bronze.

5.9 Companion Cardholders must provide a copy of the Companion Card with the application/renewal. Companion Cards must be provided at the time of application/renewal and cannot be arranged after this point. For this reason, Companion Card Memberships cannot be processed online.

5.10 The Companion Membership will be issued in the name of the Companion Card Holder.

5.11 The Companion Membership only includes venue access and a seat at relevant games. The Companion Membership does not include any additional member benefits including but not limited to, Membership Pack collateral.

5.12 Premium Members are members that have purchased a full season Sideline Seat, Baseline Seat, Kings Inner Circle Seat, Kings Reserve Seat or Corporate Box.

Memberships may be purchased using one of the following payment methods:

(a) Credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express);

(b) Approved alternative payment methods (such as Afterpay or other buy-now-pay-later or digital wallet providers), where made available at checkout.

Available payment methods may vary depending on whether you elect to pay in full or via an instalment plan.

6.2 Instalment Plan (Recurring Card Payments)

Instalment plans are available for select Membership types and only for payments made by credit or debit card.

(a) You authorise Ticketek on behalf of the Hoops Capital to securely store your nominated card details via its third-party payment gateway provider;

(b) You authorise Ticketek on behalf of the Hoops Capital to process recurring payments against that card for the total membership amount divided into instalments;

(c) Payments may be processed as merchant-initiated recurring transactions;

(d) Instalments will be processed on or around the scheduled dates notified to you at the time of purchase.

Alternative payment methods (including Afterpay and other buy-now-pay-later services) are not available for instalment plans unless expressly stated.

If you elect to participate in automatic renewal:

(a) Your membership will automatically renew for the following season in the same category (and seat, if applicable); if your package does not renew, an equivalent or similar membership option will be offered.

(b) The renewal amount will be charged to your stored card;

(c) Hoops Capital will provide a Renewal Notice to members, typically via email, notifying them of their applicable fees and the timeframe for cancelling or opting out of auto renewal;

(d) You may opt out within the timeframe specified in the renewal notice by following the instructions within the renewal notice, typically by logging into the Membership Portal and selecting the cancellation option.

Auto-renewal is available only where a valid credit or debit card is stored on file.

The Hoops Capital Membership team will provide notice before processing any auto-renewal of memberships. This notice may be by email before the start of the next season's renewal period. The Hoops Capital Membership team may send additional notices or reminders during the renewal period. You will have until the end of the renewal period to advise the Hoops Capital Membership team of any changes or upgrades you wish to make to your membership package, or to notify the Hoops Capital Membership team that you would like to opt-out of the membership package. Strict timeframes apply during the renewal period. If you do not notify the Hoops Capital Membership team that you do not wish to roll over your membership during this period, you will be taken to have agreed to your membership being rolled over.

It is your responsibility to ensure that your nominated card details remain valid and up to date. If your card expires, is cancelled, or is replaced, you must update your payment details before the next scheduled instalment. Failure to maintain valid payment details may result in the suspension of your membership entitlements.

You are responsible for ensuring that your nominated payment details remain current, valid and capable of accepting recurring transactions. If your card expires, is replaced, cancelled, or otherwise becomes invalid, you must update your payment details prior to the next scheduled instalment date.

If a scheduled payment is declined, cannot be processed, or is returned unpaid for any reason, Hoops Capital may attempt to re-process the payment within a reasonable period and/or contact you to request updated payment details. You authorise Hoops Capital to process any outstanding amounts once valid payment details are provided.

Membership entitlements, including barcode access and game entry, may be suspended while any amount remains unpaid. If payment remains outstanding after reasonable attempts to obtain payment have failed, Hoops Capital reserves the right to cancel the membership without further notice. The member remains liable for any outstanding amounts accrued prior to cancellation.

If a scheduled recurring payment cannot be processed:

(a) Hoops Capital may attempt to re-process the payment within a reasonable period;

(b) Hoops Capital may notify you and request updated card details;

(c) Membership access (including barcode access) may be suspended until outstanding amounts are paid.

Hoops Capital reserves the right to cancel a membership where repeated payment attempts fail.

(a) You acknowledge that instalment and renewal payments are authorised recurring transactions;

(b) You agree to contact Hoops Capital to resolve any billing concerns prior to initiating a chargeback with your card issuer.

(a) Membership access may be suspended during the dispute process;

(b) If the chargeback is determined to be invalid, Hoops Capital reserves the right to recover outstanding amounts and associated chargeback costs;

Hoops Capital may cancel the membership without refund in cases of misuse or bad faith disputes.

Chargeback rights are subject to applicable card scheme rules and consumer protection laws.

Payment details may be updated at any time via your online member portal or by contacting Hoops Capital Membership Team.

If a payment is declined, you are responsible for any fees charged by your card issuer. Hoops Capital may apply a reasonable failed payment fee, where permitted by law.

6.10 Suspension or Cancellation of Membership

Hoops Capital reserves the right to suspend or cancel a membership if two or more scheduled instalments cannot be successfully processed without refund.

6.11 Privacy and Security of Payment Information

Payment information is processed securely through Hoops Capital third-party payment gateway provider. Hoops Capital does not store raw card details. All payment data is tokenised and managed in accordance with PCI-DSS security standards and Hoops Capital Privacy Policy.

6.12 It is advised that should you be suffering financial issues that prevent you from honouring monthly instalment amounts then you should pro-actively make contact with the Hoops Capital Membership team to avoid your membership being cancelled and/or additional charges being incurred.

7.1 Kings and/or Flames Members can transfer their membership (or individual game tickets) to a family member or friend providing that individual is at the equivalent level of entry. Concession and Junior Members who transfer their tickets to an adult will be refused entry into the venue.

8.1 Kings and/or Flames Membership cards or individual match tickets may not, without prior written consent of the Hoops Capital, be on-sold (including via online auction sites) either by the original purchaser or any subsequent bearer.

8.2 Hoops Capital Management bear the right to cancel without refund, any ticket which is deemed to be in breach of conditions 8.1 or 8.2. The bearer of the ticket may subsequently be refused admission. Further penalties will apply (including cancellation of any offending member's Kings and/or Flames Membership without a refund).

8.3 Members should be aware that there is legislation in NSW relating to the resale of tickets at Afterpay Arena and breach of these laws may attract criminal penalties.

9.1 All reserved seating categories are subject to venue capacity.

9.2 Full Season Reserve Seat Membership guarantees the member a reserved seat at 13 Afterpay Arena games during the 2026-27 NBL regular season and the number of 2026-27 WNBL regular season games granted by the WNBL (10 or 11). Seating location is dependent on the membership type selected (see Venue Map).

9.3 Hoops Capital Management reserve the right to change reserve seating from season to season. Where possible, Hoops Capital Management will attempt to keep Full Season members in the same seat selection from season to season provided that members renew prior to the same seat cut-off date set each year and the member purchases the same membership type in the new season.

9.4 Full season members must renew their membership with the corresponding new membership type before the same seat cut-off date to ensure same seating.

9.5 Renewing members wanting to change their seating must request the change in writing or notify Hoops Capital Management when completing their membership application. Requested seating cannot be guaranteed. Hoops Capital Management will take all reasonable steps to contact affected members if a request cannot be fulfilled.

9.6 New members may select preferred seating, including to be seated with other members, when completing their membership application. Alternatively, new members can notify Hoops Capital Management of their preferences via email. Requested seating cannot be guaranteed. If the requested seating is no longer available, Hoops Capital Management will select seating as close as possible to those requested by the new member. If no request is received, Hoops Capital Management will allocate seating at its discretion.

9.7 Reserved seats will be allocated after the same seat cut-off date expires, with renewing members receiving first priority. Allocation for new members is based on availability and will be processed in order of the date membership is purchased (provided that a seating request is received).

9.8 In the event that government-imposed crowd regulations require the Kings and/or Flames to implement social distancing seating protocols, the Kings and Flames reserve the right to temporarily relocate any members' seating for the 2026-27 season in order to meet government requirements. In the event that government-imposed social distancing crowd regulations are no longer in place for the 2026-27 season, then Members will be relocated back to their original 2026-27 seats.
